We are currently looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Tester Trainees (20h a week). As a Tester Trainee, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in software testing under the guidance and mentorship of experienced professionals. **Responsibilities**:
- Assisting with test planning and test case development
- Executing test cases and documenting results
- Identifying and reporting software defects
- Collaborating with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Participating in test environment setup and maintenance
- Following established testing processes and methodologies **Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Electronics Engineering or any related field
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of software testing concepts and methodologies
- Basic programming skills (Java, Python, or similar)
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
