- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
- 5+ years of proven experience in IT leadership roles
- Solid track record implementing AI solutions, automation, and system optimization within service-driven organizations
- Certifications in AI or technology project management are a plus
- Experience within the construction industry is highly valued What You’ll Do
- Lead AI initiatives: Identify opportunities across operations and administrative areas to implement AI-driven solutions that improve efficiency and productivity
- Drive digital transformation: Define and execute the company’s technology roadmap, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with business goals
- Oversee IT infrastructure: Manage overall system performance, including networks, servers, and web platforms
- Manage digital platforms: Ensure proper configuration, integration, and security of all digital channels, including the corporate website and social media platforms
- Ensure information security: Enforce best practices around data protection, confidentiality, and proper use of company systems
- Lead the IT team: Guide and develop the team, fostering a mindset of innovation and continuous improvement Technical Skills
