Entry Level Business Development Trainee (Nezahualcóyotl)

Mixue is looking for a highly capable, proactive, and detail-oriented Business Development Administrative Trainee to support the Head of Business Development in Mexico.

About the Role

This is a short-term internship of 3 to 6 months, it's designed for someone at the beginning of their career who is eager to learn in a high-growth, fast-moving environment and gain direct exposure to business development, market expansion, franchise operations, and strategic execution.

Responsibilities

- Support key administrative and coordination efforts behind the growth of the business, including meeting follow-up, pipeline tracking, internal coordination, reporting, and executive support.
- Have visibility into how franchise opportunities are evaluated and may participate in communications with potential franchisees, offering valuable exposure to real commercial conversations from an early stage in your career.

Qualifications

- Completed university studies and obtained degree in 2025, available to work at least five days per week.
- Highly organized and structured.
- Proficient in using current leading AI tools, with a clear understanding of how to apply them effectively to practical work scenarios such as research, communication, documentation, analysis, and process optimization.
- Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
- Interested in growth, expansion, and commercial strategy.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and demanding environment.
- Able to communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
