We are looking for a Senior Backend Software Engineerto join our growing team and help build the next generation of scalable backend services. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance systems that power our applications. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in backend technologies and system architecture, along with a passion for solving complex problems for our users and mentoring engineers. Design, develop, and maintain backend services, APIs, and databases. Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of backend systems. Collaborate with frontend engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality features. Optimize applications for performance, reliability, and scalability. Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior engineers. BS or MS in Computer Science or a related field ~6+ years of professional software engineering experience with Golang or Python ~ Proficiency in working with databases (SQL & No SQL) such as Postgre SQL, My SQL, Mongo DB, or Redis. ~ Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure ~ Strong knowledge of design patterns and software engineering best practices ~ You've been through the planning, launching, and refactoring phases ofthe code you wrote ~ Advanced English proficiency (B2–C1 or higher) ~ Sincere interest in working at a startup and scaling with the company as we grow Experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes. Familiarity with Typescript Experience with AWS Lambda, Terraform Flex PTO for any reason, including sick days (no specified limits), versátil work schedule. Budget for English lessons.
