International Customer Service Analyst Dy Star is seeking to fulfill an important role to support customer service for Mexico, Central America, and Andean Pact. The successful candidate will have 2 -3 years' experience with imports, exports, customer service, logistics, and customs documentation. This is an on-site role in Mexico City and good oral and written communication skills in both Spanish and English are a must.Job Summary:
• Manage all customer service activities based on the procedures established in Dystar as to ensure proper delivery of products to our customers, maintaining good communication with customers and Dystar team members involved in the process, establishing correct coordination with warehouse and related parties as to deliver products in a timely manner
• Perform customer service activities as to support sales forecasts for the organization
• Process sales orders for customers all over, focusing in Andean Pact and Brazil Region customers
• Consolidate and review all expenses concerning exports to the customers on those Regions
• Manage proper documentation (commercial and customs related) in coordination with warehouse and forwarders to accomplish customs requirements in Andean Pact and Brazil Regions, or any other countriesJob Responsibilities:
• Process customer sales orders received by customers and sales representatives and capture the orders in the system, allocating the material, verifying price in the system, and generating all corresponding documents to ensure the correct delivery to the customers in the areas mentioned above, mainly Andean Pact and collecting the proof of delivery with logistic service provider
• Process sample customer orders requested by Sales Representatives to be delivered to customers
• Request customer price registration in the different systems: ARP; Chempax, ERP
• Elaborate credit and debit notes requested by the customer or sales representative to adjust differences, and to make returns in necessary case.
• In necessary case, perform visit to customers
• Comply with the current internal approve process, Delegation of Authority (DOA).
• Prepare and collect the corresponding sales order documentation to process the export sales order, such as trucking bill of lading, bill of lading, AWB, and coordinate with carriers, forwarders and customs broker for the products to cross borders or ports and arrive to destinations such as Andean Pact or any other country.
• Manage and coordinate all the export process from worldwide to Andean Pact and other countries ensuring the compliance of all customs requirements for the material to be exported
• Verify and review all expenses of expense accounts of exports made from Mexico or Honduras to Andean Pact or any other area
• Request quotes to forwarders and transport lines and make comparative of freight, courier, airfreight in necessary case with 3 companies before sending material
• Perform export process with forwarders and brokers and fulfill export customs documentation as to export material according to Country regulations and DOA approvals.Supervisory Responsibility: NoneRequired Education, Experience, and Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: •Prefer abachelor's degree in international relations or equivalent combination of education and experience
