The Accountant – SAP Implementation (Bilingual) will support a multi-entity SAP implementation and finance transformation project, bringing strong accounting fundamentals and hands-on SAP experience to a dynamic international environment. Support SAP implementation activities including data migration, testing, and validation of financial modules. Perform day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Operations) during system transition and identify process improvements and efficiencies within SAP. Support audit requests and maintain compliance with internal controls and financial reporting standards. Execute data migration, testing, and validation tasks across SAP financial modules as part of the implementation project. Prepare and post journal entries, perform account reconciliations, and process accruals as part of routine accounting operations. Identify and recommend process improvements and efficiencies within SAP and the broader finance environment. Support audit requests and maintain compliance with internal controls, documenting findings and resolutions as required. Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards across all accounting and finance functions. Bachelor's degree in Accounting required. ~2–3 years of hands-on SAP experience, preferably in FICO or related financial modules. ~ Solid understanding of month-end close, financial reporting, and general accounting principles. ~ Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken) — bilingual proficiency required. ~ must be 100% on-site in Mexico City with valid visa eligibility. ~ Comfortable working with KPIs and performance-based metrics in a fast-paced, international finance environment.
