This position is responsible for the application of Human Resources principles, practices and tools that support the execution of business strategy and provide a positive work environment. A key area of impact is assisting one or more HRBP’s with execution of day-to-day activities. This role is accountable for general client customer service, recruiting, HR administration and process improvement support. Requires 1+ year of related work experience and a minimum of a bachelor's degree.
- Perform HR responsibilities within assigned client group including but not limited to day-to-day HR employee relations, coaching, employee engagement, employee development and cultural change.
- Manage the recruiting process for hourly positions from start to finish, including hiring needs, vacancy posting, interview, hiring process in systems, file and on-boarding receiving and file control.
- Provide customer support at HR front desk, attend resignations and input them into the C-CURE system, prepare letters and records requested by workers; as well as the elaboration of the credentials of the workers and their maintenance.
- Work with internal client and cross-functional teams to develop strategies, such as retention and absenteeism initiatives, workforce management, and resource planning, by analyzing, interpreting, and reporting data.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop accurate job descriptions for hourly direct and hourly indirect positions.
- Advise the area manager on the good management of human resources and on making decisions in accordance with the legal guidelines and internal policies.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and work-related issues and proactively identifies and addresses employee relations concerns.
- Manage disciplinary and conflict resolution processes in accordance with company policies and labor law.
- Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting Human Resources functions and ensures internal policies, procedures and reporting are in compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Analyze HR data, design presentations to keep the client informed and monitor the effectiveness of the solutions offered.
- Attend MDI meetings, have active participation and follow up on agreed actions.
- Ensure the employees have a training certification matrix for hourly employees and are trainned according the times and processes.
- Receive, validate and enter requests for promotion of hourly employees in the area.
- Work with synergy in collaboration between areas and departments for the same purpose. Education/Certifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. Experience: 1+ year of related work experience Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
