About the Company Gerresheimer is a integral manufacturing company focused on solutions for the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry.You will be part of a global environment with high-quality standards and a strong focus on people development.About the RoleWe are looking for an HR Generalist with a strong focus on Labor Relations for a highly operational role within a manufacturing plant.Responsibilities- Manage labor relations (80% of the role)- Handle and follow up on employee relations and conflict resolution- Apply disciplinary actions and manage employee incidents- Interact with union representatives and employees- Maintain a strong presence on the shop floor (close to operations)- Ensure a positive work environment and provide support to different areasQualifications- 5+ years of experience in Labor Relations- Experience in manufacturing / plant environmentsRequired Skills- Strong people-oriented approach and conflict resolution skills- Experience working with multiple stakeholdersPreferred Skills- Experience with regulations / certifications (ISO) is a plus- Intermediate to advanced English (preferred)If you are looking for a hands-on role with direct impact on people and operations, we would love to hear from you.
