**About the role**: **Key responsibilities**: Support and assistance to the Customer Care team and follow-up on the department's projects. We are looking for someone interested in staying in the role, who enjoys customer service, and wants to be part of the team with a growth plan within the area.Build trusted relationships with assigned Growth customers, provide solutions, and continually delight them with a positive, customer-centric attitude. Provide professional timely, reliable, consistent and professional communication with internal and external customers. Partner with Account Managers to keep them apprised of insights, issues and opportunities.
