Are you passionate about connecting business strategy with people solutions? We are looking for a Regional HR Manager to lead the Human Resources agenda across the Bajío region of Mexico.
Role Objective
Lead and execute HR programs and processes for the region, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy, business priorities, and legal requirements. Act as a trusted advisor to regional leaders, driving workforce planning, talent development, HR operations, and employee relations while delivering a consistent, high-quality employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Implement national HR strategies, policies, and programs within the region, ensuring consistency and compliance with local needs.
Partner with regional leaders on workforce planning, organizational structure, succession readiness, and staffing needs.
Lead end-to-end HR processes: recruitment coordination, onboarding, internal mobility, performance management, development planning, succession management, and offboarding.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and ethical standards; manage employee relations cases and investigations.
Drive consistent implementation of Talent & Culture programs across all sites, including integrations from acquisitions.
Support leaders in identifying development needs and deploying training aligned with business priorities.
Collaborate with Compensation & Benefits and HR Operations to ensure payroll accuracy, benefits administration, and data integrity.
Monitor and improve HR KPIs (turnover, time-to-fill, engagement, absenteeism, performance cycles).
Lead engagement initiatives and deploy DEI & Wellbeing strategies aligned with integral priorities.
Drive change management and organizational transformations, including integration of new entities.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and operational stability.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar leadership role
Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills
Solid knowledge of Mexican labor law
Experience in talent development, organizational design, and change management
Analytical mindset with a results-driven approach
Availability to operate across the Bajío / Central–Southeast region
