- Associate, you will be instrumental in providing financial advice and strategic guidance to clients, helping them optimize their financial performance and make informed business decisions. You will handle financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management, playing a crucial role in delivering accurate financial information and insights to support decision-making within our Internal Firm Services practice.

As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. Responsibilities

- Conducting financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and optimize financial performance
- Managing financial records and confirming compliance with accounting standards
- Assisting in budgeting and forecasting processes to provide accurate financial insights
- Analyzing data to discern patterns and inform financial reporting
- Preparing financial statements and presenting reports to stakeholders
- Reconciling accounts and maintaining the general ledger for accurate record-keeping
- Collaborating with team members to address financial challenges and scope variations
- Applying accounting policies and practices to uphold professional standards
- Engaging in credit control and escalation management to mitigate financial risks
- Utilizing intellectual curiosity to drive personal growth and development within the firm

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- 0-1 years of experience in accounting roles

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: Certified Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
- Demonstrating proficiency in Accounting and Financial Reporting Standards
- Utilizing skills in Financial Statement Preparation and Analysis
- Applying knowledge of General Ledger Accounting and Maintenance
- Engaging in Financial Budgeting and Forecasting activities
