Committed to scientific excellence and patient access, our client plays a crucial role in accelerating drug development while adhering to the highest ethical and regulatory standards. **About the Role**: As a **Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)**, you will lead **strategic HR initiatives** that drive organizational success. You will play a key role in **talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and compliance**, ensuring alignment with business goals. This role is perfect for a **people-oriented, results-driven leader** who thrives in dynamic environments. **What would you do**:
- Develop and implement **HR strategies that align with business objectives**:
- Oversee **recruitment, selection, and talent acquisition** processes
- **Advise leadership** on policies, labor laws, and HR best practices
- Manage **compensation, benefits, and performance evaluation** systems
- Conduct **exit interviews** and drive employee retention strategies
- Ensure **compliance** with legal and regulatory HR requirements
- Lead **employee engagement, training, and development programs**:
- Analyze HR metrics to optimize **workforce planning & performance**:
- Mediate and resolve **employee relations & workplace conflicts**:
- Oversee **organizational policy development and implementation** **What We’re Looking For**:
- **Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field**:
- **Proven experience** as an HR Manager or Business Partner
- Strong **knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices**:
- Ability to **build and execute HR strategies** aligned with business needs
- **Data-driven mindset** with experience in HR analytics & metrics
- Excellent **negotiation, conflict resolution, and leadership skills**:
- Ability to **foster strong interpersonal relationships** across all levels
