As a Customer Analytics Strategy
- Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to analyze market trends, assess business performance, and develop strategic recommendations that align with their goals. Within our Strategy practice, you will provide consulting services across various strategic areas, offering guidance and support to help clients optimize operations and enhance overall business performance. This role involves working closely with clients to identify growth opportunities and implement effective strategies.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work even when the path forward is unclear. This role requires you to use critical thinking to break down complex concepts and develop a deeper understanding of the business context.

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
