Your Path to a High-Impact Healthcare Data & Quality Career As a Financial Accounting Analyst, you will support financial and accounting operations for U.S.-based healthcare clients using Financials Software. This role requires a strong accounting foundation, attention to detail, and the ability to work with financial data and systems to support accurate reporting and operational efficiency. The adecuado candidate is analytical, eager to learn enterprise financial systems, and capable of translating transactional and system data into reliable insights while supporting configuration, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives under senior guidance. What You’ll Do:
- Manage accounts receivable, conducting proactive follow-up with customers to collect outstanding balances and reduce past-due accounts.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve billing discrepancies, payment disputes, invoice issues and payment delays to accelerate cash collections
- Monitor aging reports and prioritize collection activities to achieve cash targets and minimize bad debt expense.
- Maintain accurate collection notes and payment commitments, providing regular updates and forecasting expected cash receipts.
- Partner with VP Finance and Sales team to identify collection risks, payment arrangements and implement corrective actions. Who You Are Education & Experience:
· Bachelor’s or associate degree in accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
· 3–5 years of accounting or finance experience (AP/AR, GL, reconciliations, month‑end close). Skills & Characteristics
· Understanding of internal controls and audit support.
· Strong Excel skills and comfort with data analysis and reconciliations.
· Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills. Accounts Receivable (AR):
· Generate and manage customer invoicing
· Monitor collections and follow up on outstanding balances
· Reconcile customer accounts and investigate variances General Accounting: Maintain accurate financial records and journal entries Support month-end and year-end closing processes Perform account reconciliations (bank, intercompany, GL accounts) Assist in financial reporting and variance analysis Compliance & Controls:
· Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company policies
· Maintain documentation for audits (internal and external)
