- **** opportunities During the internship you will participate in focused training, attend team meetings, work on projects and present your results. You will be supported by a buddy and your manager to ensure a valuable learning experience. Coaching and mentoring will help you complete assignments and projects, developing your learning and skillset. The internship duration is 6 to 12 months, starting January **** through July or December ****. Responsibilities Assist with day‐to‐day manufacturing operations, including monitoring equipment, overseeing processes, and ensuring production goals are met. Participate in quality control and quality assurance processes, inspecting products for defects and ensuring they meet industry standards and company specifications. Identify opportunities for process optimization, efficiency improvements, and cost reduction in manufacturing operations. Collect and analyze data related to manufacturing processes, equipment performance, and product quality. Prepare reports, work instructions, and process documentation to ensure consistency and adherence to best practices. Qualifications Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's level degree in Engineering, Technology, Mechanics, other STEM‐related or business‐related program. Maintained a GPA ≥ 3.0 out of 4.0 or the equivalent in your country. Fluent in oral and written English with effective communication skills.
