**Qualifications**:
- Strong administrative assistance and executive administrative assistance skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient clerical skills, including data entry and documentation
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in spoken and written English (at least C1 level
- Advanced English)
- In-office position: Must live in Puerto Vallarta or nearby area
- High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree
- 6 months or more experience in similar positions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support the attorneys' administrative needs
- Assist with legal documentation (no litigation)
- Schedule and confirm appointments for US lawyers
- Draft, proofread, and file or send legal documents
- Provide updates to customers
- Set and maintain appointments, as well as provide new leads
**What We Offer**:
- Base salary ranging from 13,000.00 to 15,000.00 pesos monthly, plus bonuses (depending on your English proficiency and skills)
