Graphic Designer (Puerto Vallarta)

Job Description RomeRock is looking for an experienced mobile UI/UX Designer to create beautifully designed consumer apps for the entire life cycle of the project. Designing clean, intuitive mobile interfaces with an emphasis on user-experience, usability, and interaction design. A keen eye for pixel perfect design and attention to detail is a must. - You are an expert in designing clean, easy to use mobile applications and interfaces focusing on user experience and usability
- You have experience with rapid prototyping, Invision, UXPin, and other associated software/tools
- You are an expert with photoshop, sketch, illustrator and other design software/tools
- You have an in-depth knowledge with design patterns & fundamentals, usability, typography, color theory, use of white-space, and user experience/flow
- You have extensive experience designing and prototyping for mobile platforms
- You have advanced English writing and communicating skills — Collaboration with the team in regular meetings is a must
- You care deeply about the user experience
- You have a strong product sense and understanding
- You research new trends in mobile design, interaction design and technology
- You have strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- You like to learn new things, mentor and share knowledge with team members Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the entire UI/UX experience throughout the entire life cycle of the application. You may need to manage a small team of designers
- Design and prepare full mobile application flowcharts, wireframes, mockups, branding guidelines and UI Kits.
- Design and deliver new features, user interactions, test new concepts and build engaging prototypes by using the latest in front-end technologies
- Collaborate with designers and product managers to bring product ideas to life
- Working with the creative director to build intuitive interfaces for users as well as construct new, innovative and efficient user experiences
- Actively improving upon existing designs, features, and usability Education Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia, Design or Art related field. Self-taught design gurus also considered with enough experience. Experience 3+ years relevant industry experience. In-depth working experience with mobile app design & development.
