We are Hiring: Bilingual Administrative Assistant. We are looking for an organized, professional and highly reliable person with strong administrative skills, the ability to efficiently follow multiple processes and operational activities, someone structured, discreet and highly responsible, able to handle confidential information ethically and professionally.

What are we looking for?

Fluent English (Spoken & Written) — Mandatory. Proven experience in administrative support and file management. Sharp attention to detail and proactive problem-solving. Ability to handle high-demand workflows with emotional intelligence. Fast learner (No prior specialized system experience required; we train you). Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities and follow-ups simultaneously, maintaining order, structure and compliance in set times. Administrative experience and document control Confidential and ethical handling of information High level of discretion, professional judgment and responsibility when working with sensitive information and confidential documentation. Careful, analytical and observant person, able to identify inconsistencies, errors or missing information before moving processes forward.
