- IAM OperationsLocation: Guadalajara & Mexico City (Hybrid). Compensation: Up to 50,000 MXN per month gross.Responsibilities- Successfully execute technology changes aligned with company policy (Change policy, SDLC, etc.)- Work with team members and business stakeholders to identify new ways to provide value with existing tools and toolsets- Provide training and guidance to internal and external stakeholders as needed- Identify areas for process improvement in Identity & Access Management- Troubleshoot access‐related issues and communicate solutions to stakeholders- Perform other related duties as required and assigned- Demonstrate behaviors aligned with the organization's culture and valuesSkills and Abilities- Experience administering/supporting CyberArk in a corporate environment- Knowledge of Active Directory and/or other identity providers- Experience with Role Based Access (RBAC) and principles of least privilege- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Experience with ServiceNow a plus- Must be a team player with strong attention to detail and able to work independently- Proven track record at delivering timely and accurate information in a fast‐paced environment- Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, and sound judgment skillsLanguage: English (required)#J-*****-Ljbffr Postúlate en Kit Empleo: kitempleo.com.mx/empleo/5vbete
