Join Our Team as a Customer Service Representative!

We're looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented professional to join our team in Puebla (Hybrid). If you're passionate about delivering excellent service, working with data, and collaborating across teams, this opportunity is for you!

Location: Angelópolis, Puebla (Hybrid)

Type: Full-time

Salary: MXN $28,000 – $35,000 per month

About the Role – The Customer Service Representative will play a key role in supporting both internal and external customers by ensuring timely responses, accurate order processing, and efficient coordination of commercial activities. This position is critical in maintaining high service standards and contributing to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities –

- Respond to general inquiries from internal and external customers in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, purchase orders, and invoicing processes
- Ensure compliance with shipping timelines and coordinate order fulfillment activities
- Monitor, update, and maintain reports to track operational performance
- Identify potential sales opportunities and support business growth initiatives
- Maintain accurate records within ERP/CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes

Required Skills & Qualifications –

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar customer service or administrative role
- Advanced English proficiency (B2/C1), both written and verbal
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience working with ERP and/or CRM systems
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
- Experience with Power BI

Preferred Skills –

- Experience working with SAP (highly desirable)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment
