Senior, full stack developer (latam, independent contractor) …, Baja California

We're hiring a Senior Full Stack Developer (LATAM — Contractor). This is not a "just ship tickets" role. We're looking for someone who can take ownership of systems, make strong technical decisions, and help build scalable products in an early-stage environment where execution speed and engineering judgment both matter. You'll work across multiple product initiatives, helping define architecture, improve maintainability, and deliver reliable systems that can scale. Given the stage of the product and the pace of execution, we are looking for someone who can prioritize this engagement as their primary professional commitment during collaboration hours. Work Environment & Security Contractors are expected to work from a reliable, professional setup suitable for handling active development environments, internal systems, and confidential product information. A dedicated work environment and device for the engagement is strongly preferred to ensure security, consistency, and operational reliability.
