It Performance Excellence Manager (Santa Fe) (Baja California)

Role Overview Responsible for ensuring that projects are successfully completed on time and on budget, including governance, budgeting, timeline, quality, testing, operational readiness, and go‐live readiness. Focus on IT Network Services Performance controls. Responsibilities Drive consistency and quality in project execution using appropriate methodologies and tools. Identify, assess and mitigate project‐level risks, escalating when necessary. Provide project reporting and status updates via scorecards, status reports and monthly review meetings. Lead budget management, resource planning and utilization. Confirm completion and consistency of projects and readiness to go live. Own the relationship with external vendors, including quality assurance. Manage full life cycle projects implementing network infrastructure strategies and services. Review budgets and expenditure plans to ensure financial health. Design and implement continuous improvement processes for Network Service Improvement. Lead a cultural shift within the Network team to embrace data‐driven principles. Transform financial information into business intelligence. Define and deploy KPIs to gauge performance and suggest strategies. Promote visibility of shared contributions to NW goals and facilitate communication standards. Champion work‐management automation ideas and promote stretch goals. Support and advise on work and schedule planning for all NW functions. Track and report resource usage, escalating collisions and needs. Maintain NW goals progress data and report variance from plans and budgets. Coordinate organizational change management activities with MDLZ/CTO change experts. Create and disseminate control and reporting mechanisms, collecting and reporting control data to leadership. Manage and incorporate conflicting stakeholder feedback. Provide clear guidance and actions for stakeholder collaboration. Qualifications Proven experience in project management methodology. Excellent communication skills, able to drive effective discussions with stakeholders. Excellent project planning and proactiveness in identifying risks and mitigations. Strong focus on cost, schedule and quality of project delivery. Knowledge of relevant business processes and related technology solutions. Stakeholder management and ability to influence positively in decision making. Proven ability to build effective teams across internal and external partners. Strong conceptual and analytic skills, enjoys problem solving.
