We are looking for a Design Engineer III responsible for maintaining, controlling, and managing product specifications. Main Responsibilities: ? Manage and implement engineering changes. ? Create and control Bills of Materials (BOM). ? Design, modify, and manage 3D/2D models and drawings. ? Develop parts and support new product introductions. ? Provide technical support to production lines and manufacturing processes. ? Execute improvement and cost-reduction projects. ? Coordinate and follow up on functional and reliability testing in the laboratory. ? Manage engineering samples, first-article releases, and product certifications. ? Coordinate technical meetings with internal teams and provide direct customer support. ? What We're Looking For: ✔ Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. ✔ 4–6 years of experience in Design Engineering. ✔ Advanced use of 2D and 3D design software (NX, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar). ✔ Intermediate to advanced knowledge of materials (plastics, wood, metals) and plastic molds, presses, or similar equipment. ✔ Knowledge of measurement tools. ✔ Intermediate to advanced knowledge of manufacturing processes. ✔ Advanced ability to read engineering drawings. ✔ Intermediate proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems. ✔ Intermediate to advanced English proficiency. ✔ Experience using continuous improvement tools. ✨ Preferred Skills: ✔ Productivity ✔ Problem-solving ✔ Effective communication ✔ Teamwork ✔ Self-directed learning ✔ Decision-making ✔ Proactive mindset ✔ Commitment Postúlate en Kit Empleo: kitempleo.com.mx/empleo/5uoji7
