The facility specializes in the manufacturing, assembly, and construction of electrical cables and components for electrical devices, computer equipment, medical diagnostic systems, and other related applications.As part of its strategic growth initiatives, the site is expanding its operations to include the production of harnesses and connectors for the automotive industry.This expansion represents a significant opportunity for continued growth and success for the plant and for everyone who is part of the Volex team.The selected candidate will join the IT Department as a Cybersecurity Analyst , providing technical support to protect and maintain the organization's information systems, networks, and digital infrastructure.The role will focus on monitoring, analyzing, and responding to cybersecurity threats while ensuring compliance with corporate security policies and industry best practices.Maintain documentation for security controls, risk assessments, and corrective actions.Support awareness and training on ISMS policies across the organization.Assist in the review and enhancement of policies, processes, and controls to mitigate cyber risks.Participate in risk management activities including risk identification, analysis, and mitigation planning.Cybersecurity Tools & OperationsProvide operational support for cybersecurity tools including XDR platforms, vulnerability scanners, and patch management systems.Collaborate with IT and infrastructure teams to ensure timely patching and vulnerability remediation.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field. ~3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on compliance and security operations. ~ Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, threat landscapes, and risk management.
