Php Fullstack Engineer (Santiago de Querétaro)

We are a fast-growing freight audit and business analytics technology company that leverages big data to eliminate inefficiencies in integral transportation spend. We are seeking a PHP Fullstack Engineer to design robust architectures, drive innovation, and mentor our Engineering team. What You Will Do Lead design and development of complex business applications and integrations. Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor for junior and mid-level developers. Conduct technical reviews, establish coding standards, and promote engineering excellence. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Research, evaluate, and implement new technologies to enhance platform performance and reliability. Maintain high standards of software quality, documentation, and testing practices. Minimum Qualifications 8+ years of full-stack development experience. Deep expertise with: Vanilla JavaScript (VanillaJS), PHP, and PostgreSQL. Strong experience with jQuery. Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills. Strong leadership, communication (English), and mentoring abilities.
