It Systems Administrator - Part Time (Santiago de Querétaro)

System Administrator We are looking for a highly motivated System Administrator to join the IT team at Nordic.In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and performance of our systems and end-user environments.You'll play a key role in maintaining and improving our IT infrastructure while delivering exceptional support to employees.This is a hands-on position adecuado for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving technical challenges.On-site role – Office located in QuerétaroResponsibilitiesManage IT inventory, including procurement, tracking, and lifecycle managementProvide help desk support as part of the Systems & Security teamAdminister core systems (email, CRM, intranet, and related tools)Manage user access and security configurations across platformsDeliver end-user support (in-person, phone, chat, and ticketing systems)Perform hardware setup, maintenance, and deploymentTroubleshoot and resolve issues across hardware, software, and network environmentsDevelop and maintain documentation, processes, and user manualsLead IT onboarding for new hires and internal transfersSupport ad hoc IT and business operations projectsQualifications~3+ years of experience in system administration and/or workstation support~ Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments , Office Suite, and server OS~ Experience with Microsoft 365 (Office 365) ; PowerShell is a plus~ Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently~ Excellent communication and customer service skills~ Experience supporting users across multiple channels (in-person, remote, tickets)~ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills~ Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferredWhat We're Looking ForA proactive, detail-oriented professional who takes ownershipSomeone passionate about helping others and improving user experienceA collaborative team player who thrives in dynamic environmentsA continuous learner who stays up to date with technology trendsCompensation~ Salary range: $40,000 – $45,000 MXN Gross Monthly.If you're passionate about IT, problem-solving, and delivering top-notch support, we'd love to hear from you!
