The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for developing, managing and administering the maintenance of equipment, machinery, facilities and services in general, ensuring they remain in optimal operating conditions. The role includes planning work activities, scheduling predictive, corrective, preventive maintenance and ad‑hoc tasks through a structured work order system.Responsibilities

Eliminate breakdowns and maintain basic conditions using LEAN methods, including implementation of countermeasures, standardized maintenance processes and cost savings improvements. Develop and modify maintenance standard work instructions. Propose and manage medium‑scale projects; scope and manage large capital investment projects as needed.Collaborate with other departments to prepare scopes of work, project requirements, milestones, deliverables, end products and documents. Support implementation of new equipment and acceptance checklists. Drive continuous improvement processes to foster a Lean Manufacturing environment. Develop robust countermeasures for equipment downtime using PDCA, OPR, etc.Lead implementation of predictive maintenance and TPM. Develop best practices to improve equipment capacity, quality and reliability. Participate in JSA and ergonomic analysis. Develop training plans for technical personnel and maintenance assistants. Define skill levels required of maintenance personnel (training matrix).Define critical spare parts usage and maintenance strategies to reduce cost and downtime. Ensure compliance with financial standards by contributing to budget development, expense monitoring and corrective actions. Education Requirements

Engineer Degree Required. Degree in Mechanical, Electronics or Mechatronic Engineering. Language Requirement

English Language (Bilingual). Experience Requirements

Experience in the metalworking industry. Experience in maintenance of forklifts, steel coil lengthwise slitter/multi‑blanking lines, overhead cranes, trackmobile, etc. PLC programming experience (Allen Bradley). +4 years planning, development and implementation of maintenance processes. +4 years mechanics, electrical and control maintenance, personnel management, problem‑solving methods, TPM implementation.4+ years in a manufacturing environment. Interpretation of electrical and mechanical diagrams. Technical personnel management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles. Benefits
