Collectively we have close to **** employees. **Description** We are actively looking for a **Human Resources / Talent Development Coordinator**who is responsible for managing and coordinating personnel-related activities within the Company, ensuring compliance with labor policies and contributing to employee well-being. This position plays a key role in talent management, the implementation of human resources strategies, and the optimization of internal personnel-related processes. **Activities**
- **Training and development**: Planning and execution of training and development programs for white collar staff as well as identification of training needs and coordination of resources to meet them.
- **Performance evaluation**:Coordination of performance evaluation processes (KPI management), providing feedback and follow-up to employees and company leaders.
- **Selection and recruitment**: Coordination of personnel selection processes, from the publication of vacancies to the incorporation of new employees.
- **Implementation of policies and procedures**: Development, communication and implementation of human resources policies and procedures, ensuring that local and national labor regulations are met.
- **Compensation and benefits management**: Coordination of social benefits, insurance and other compensation-related programs. Support in the structuring of salary packages.
- **Personnel administration**: Control of employee attendance, licenses, vacations and schedules.
- **Labor relations management**: Advising employees on issues related to labor legislation, internal regulations and conflict resolution.
- Fostering a healthy and positive work environment, promoting internal communication. **Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related.
- Fluent in English Language
- At least 4 years of experience in
- Human talent management: Experience in selection, hiring, induction and onboarding processes for new employees.
- Training and development: Having coordinated or managed training and development programs for staff.
