Plant Director, Medical Device Manufacturing (Reynosa)

Convatec is searching for a Plant Director to lead our Reynosa Plant, ensuring compliance with EN 46001, ISO 13485, FDA QSR, and medical device directive. Responsibilities
- People leadership, engagement and development, ensuring alignment around our vision and enabling success.
- Managing the P&L; for the plant.
- Ensuring capacity plans are built and delivered with world‑class production setups (from resources to processes) to meet GMP and ISO 13485 demands.
- Embedding and engaging the plant around EHS, leveraging health, safety and environment practices and delivering appropriate training for all employees.
- Reviewing the EHSMS to ensure continued suitability, adequacy and effectiveness.

Qualifications
- Purpose‑led, performance‑driven leadership style.
- Passion for collaborating cross‑functionally and globally.
- The courage and boldness to drive continuous improvements with and through teams.
- Medical device experience with strong knowledge of managing operational facilities.
- Substantial experience in production processes.
- Excellent knowledge of ISO 13485, FDA QSR, GMP.
- Budget management experience.
