Practicante de Planeación (Reynosa)

Role Purpose The Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning Intern will support the Product Line Planner in the development, maintenance, and execution of the SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) process. This role is mainly focused on creating and continuously improving Excel-based SIOP templates used to consolidate demand, supply, inventory, and capacity information. The intern will contribute to improving visibility, accuracy, and standardization of planning data while gaining hands‑on experience in supply chain planning, data analysis, and cross-functional coordination. Activities
- Support demand and forecast analysis.
- Assist with allocation processes and inventory tracking.
- Follow up with manufacturing plants on planning‑related activities.
- Prepare planning data and support coordination with operations teams.
- Help develop, maintain, and improve Excel‑based SIOP templates.
- Consolidate demand, supply, inventory, and capacity information for planning purposes.
- Support standardization and continuous improvement of planning tools and reports. Required Education
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Desired Skills
- Interest in supply chain, forecasting, and planning processes.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and ability to work with data analysis tools.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes.
