Eaton's IS VEH VGNA division is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative. **What you'll do**:**ESSENTIALS FUNCTIONS**:A.Ensure orders are entered on time in the ERP / monitor EDI's and customer requirements in a regular / systematic basis.B. Review and maintain customer portals in a timely mannerC.Communicating customer requirements to all applicable stakeholders.D. Analyzes and provides necessarily follow up to the customer's requirements on short & long terms (12 weeks build plan). E.Monitor Customer orders (OEM/ Service) daily.F. Hold customer calls as neededG.Coordinate with shipping the day-to-day shipment list / priorities.H. Execute leader standard workI.Supports Department metrics and other key performance indicators as assigned.J Coordinate with Master Schedulers the critical production needs based on customer requirements.K Attending training courses assigned by HRL MMOG annual completion / follow up and participate in all OPA / MMA assessmentsM Perform activities according to the Quality and Environmental politics established by the businessN Applies the Safety and Environment principles and methodology to prevent accidents. **Qualifications**:**COMPETENCES**- Strong inventory control skill.
- Business Administration or Engineering degree- 3 years of previous experience as a Customer Service or Master Scheduler- Knowledge of Oracle (preferred)- Strong abilities to make decisions with internal and external customers- English 90%**THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE THE FOLLOWING CONTINUOS IMPROVEMENT COMPETENCIES**:- Intermediate level of CI Tools 5S, SW, BPS- Intermediate level of CI Tools VSM, TVSM- Intermediate level of CI Tools LMF**ENVIRONMENTAL SYSTEM RESPONSABILITY**- Separate dangerous residues from the normal trash- Place the dangerous residues (Gloves, cloths, etc.) in the assigned containers- Maintain area clean and free of contaminants.
- Not waste of water or electricity.
- Report any activity that can put in risk my safety and environment- Identify and give adequate disposition to all chemical products, which can contaminate the environment.
- Acting immediately in chemists' discharge case.
