**The IT Infrastructure Specialist is responsible for ensuring the operation, availability, security, and continuity of the organization’s technology infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and critical business systems.**

**Academic Background**:

- ** Bachelor's degree in computer systems engineering, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field.**:

- ** Certification or diploma as a Network Administrator (desirable).**:

- ** Knowledge of MCSA (Microsoft) and Cybersecurity.**
- Work Experience_
- ** 3 to 5 years of experience in the IT area.**:

- ** Minimum of 2 years of experience managing infrastructure with second-level (N2) support.**:

- ** Experience with operating systems and administration of Windows Server environments (Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP).**:

- ** Experience in networking and connectivity, including configuration of routers, switches, VPNs, firewalls, and LAN/WAN concepts.**:

- ** Knowledge of patch implementation, antivirus solutions, backup management, and disaster recovery plans.**:

- ** Basic knowledge of managing SLAs and KPIs in IT service contracts.**
