Key Responsibilities:HR Policy Development and ImplementationCreate, maintain, and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.Recruitment and OnboardingManage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, hiring, and employee onboarding/orientation.Employee RelationsHandle employee grievances, resolve conflicts, conduct investigations, and foster a positive, inclusive, and productive workplace culture.Performance ManagementOversee performance evaluations, goal setting, and employee development plans while providing guidance to managers on performance-related matters.Training and DevelopmentIdentify organizational training needs, develop learning initiatives, and support employee growth and career development.Compensation and Benefits AdministrationAdminister payroll and employee benefits programs while ensuring competitive, equitable, and compliant compensation practices.Compliance and SafetyPartner with safety teams to maintain workplace safety standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.HR Metrics and ReportingMaintain accurate employee records, track HR metrics such as turnover and absenteeism, and prepare reports and insights for senior management.Strategic HR PlanningAlign HR initiatives with business objectives, support workforce planning, and contribute to organizational development strategies.Required QualificationsEducationBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required; a Master’s degree is preferred for some positions.ExperienceMinimum of 3–5 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.Key SkillsStrong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practicesExcellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skillsStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency with HR software and HRIS systemsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Postúlate en Kit Empleo: kitempleo.com.mx/empleo/5th37z
