Senior Quality Engineer (Ciudad Sabinas Hidalgo)

Senior Quality Engineer We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Quality Engineer to join our team. This role is idóneo for a quality professional with strong expertise in Quality Management Systems, auditing, and continuous improvement methodologies. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards
- Plan, execute, and manage internal and external audits, ensuring timely closure of findings
- Oversee quality documentation control, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and compliance
- Drive root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Promote and support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are integrated into all processes
- Monitor key quality metrics and provide regular reports to leadership
- Train and mentor team members on quality tools, standards, and best practices Key Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with ISO 9001:2015 certification and compliance
- Proven experience leading Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Strong background in audit planning, execution, and management
- Experience with quality documentation control and administration
- Advanced English proficiency
- Proven experience in Root Cause Analysis methodologies
- Knowledge and application of 5W2H and 8D methodologies
- Experience managing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams Preferred Skills:
