- Manage and follow up on customer orders.
- Monitor demand changes, customer requirements, and delivery dates.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and supply chain to ensure on-time shipments.
- Track backorders and forecast variations.
- Maintain accurate data in the ERP system.
- Prepare reports and service performance metrics.
- Provide timely and professional support to national and international customers. **Requirements**:
- **Experience** in Customer Service, Order Management, or related roles within manufacturing.
- Experience managing orders, planning, and delivery follow-up.
- **Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.**:
- **Intermediate to advanced English** (required).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and customer-focused mindset. **What We Offer**
