Job Responsibilities: Estamos en búsqueda de un Practicante de Producción y Programas que desee desarrollar experiencia en la industria, apoyando en el análisis de producción, seguimiento de proyectos y soporte operativo en líneas productivas. Formación Estudiante activo de Ingeniería Mecánica, Industrial o carrera afín Conocimientos técnicos Excel (intermedio – manejo de reportes, tablas, gráficos) PowerPoint Office en general (word, outlook, etc) Análisis de datos y seguimiento de indicadores Inglés básico-intermedio (lectura y comunicación) Actividades a realizar Elaboración y seguimiento de KPIs de producción Generación de reportes en Excel y presentaciones en PowerPoint Soporte a líneas de producción Seguimiento a entregables de nuevos proyectos Apoyo en coordinación y control de actividades operativas Monitoreo de cumplimiento de planes de producción Habilidades clave Organización y atención al detalle Análisis de información Proactividad Trabajo en equipo Comunicación efectiva Awareness, Unity, Empowerment: At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
