Objective of the positionLead and coordinate containment and corrective actions with suppliers for all non-conforming material reported through QFLs and material receiving inspections where supplier responsibility is identified.Manage the end-to-end resolution process to ensure defective components are isolated and permanent solutions are implemented.Operational Strategy & Execution (SQDCME)Coordinate and plan daily activities, tasks, and deliverables related to the SQDCME (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Morale, and Environment) metrics, ensuring full alignment with the plant's strategy and core purpose.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet or exceed operational KPIs.Lead and develop the work team, ranging from frontline operators to Quality Champions.Foster a high-performance culture through coaching, training, and professional growth opportunities.Ensure seamless communication with various operational and support departments to contain and resolve issues promptly.Maintain a constant production flow and secure unit sales by minimizing disruptions caused by quality failures.Collaborate closely with Quality Engineers to ensure accurate communication and rigorous follow-up on quality problem-solving processes.Indispensable RequirementsTechnical knowledge of the productKnowledge and interpretation of engineering drawingsKnowledge of assembly processesKnowledge of Microsoft OfficeEnglish level: Upper Intermediate B2Soft SkillsAnalysis and problem solvingDecision making
