Reporting directly to the Chief of Innovation the primary objective of this role is to design, develop, and maintain web applications, intelligent agents, and automations for our internal initiatives with a strictly AI-native approach : every feature is conceived, prototyped, and delivered leveraging AI throughout the entire development lifecycle. This position requires a professional who codes primarily with AI assistants as a central productivity tool—not as an occasional complement—to multiply delivery speed while maintaining exceptional quality. You will build and operate end-to-end cloud services supporting our internal interfaces, APIs, agents, and automations over Vertex AI and AWS Bedrock , assuming full ownership of the infrastructure to accelerate the four pillars of our Platform: Processes, Agents, Automation, and Internal Data, ensuring multi-tenant scalability over the next ***** months. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: End-to-End Feature Development: Develop features end-to-end (UI, API, and business logic) over the Aurora stack—React/Next.js on frontend and Python or Node.js on backend—using AI-assisted workflows (pair programming with LLMs, code generation/refactoring, and agent-assisted code reviews). AI Agents & Automation: Build intelligent agents and RAG pipelines over Vertex AI and AWS Bedrock (models, embeddings, function calling) as a native part of the product, and design/implement internal process automations for Aurora's Automation pillar. Quasi-DevOps Infrastructure Management: Operate the service infrastructure end-to-end, acting as the owner of the entire stack (code + infra). This includes managing IaC (Terraform), containers (Docker), databases, secrets, IAM, networking, observability, and CI/CD, while defining and maintaining team deployment standards. AI Quality & Collaboration: Iterate with high-quality prompts and context engineering (including guardrails and evaluations), implement rigorous testing with pytest for APIs and backend code, document technical decisions, and collaborate closely with the AI Solutions Analyst and business stakeholders. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Education: Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, TICs, or related fields. Specialization or additional courses in AI/Cloud is highly desirable. Experience: 1 to 3 years of professional experience is required. 3 to 5 years of experience is considered a strong plus (desirable). English: Fluent technical reading skills and capability to participate in specific meetings with integral stakeholders or vendors. TECHNICAL SKILLS & TOOLS: (Daily Usage) AI-Native Editors: Proficiency with Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent editors as a daily, core workflow tool. LLMs & Generation: Proactive use of ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini for architecture design, debugging, and continuous learning. Version Control: Git and GitHub managed through PR-based workflows and AI-assisted code reviews. Testing & Infrastructure: Strong hands-on experience with pytest (backend/API testing), Docker, Terraform, Vertex AI SDK, and AWS Bedrock SDK. Cloud Platform: Mid-level knowledge of AWS and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Knowing how to navigate the GCP Console, manage IAM, and configure basic cloud resources is highly desirable. PROFIENCY SCALE: Advanced Level: Coding with IA (prompt & context engineering) utilizing tools like Cursor, Claude Code, and Copilot. Intermediate Level: Cloud Infra & DevOps (IaC, containers, CI/CD, IAM, observability) using Terraform, Docker, GCP, and AWS. Intermediate Level: Full-Stack Development paired with LLMs, RAG frameworks, and intelligent agents (React/Next.js, Python/Node, Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock). This is a strictly AI-native role.
