AXA Group Operations initiate with its Network Product Department a One Network Program to tackle its digital transformation, enhance users' connectivity experience, and mitigate cyber risks. Within the Network Product department, the Data Center & Cloud product line is responsible for AXA Data Center and CLOUD Network infrastructure, including routers, switches, load balancer, Internet access, DC interconnexion backbone, DWDM, and Cloud network environment (AWS, AZURE, GOOGLE, Intercloud). Data Center & Cloud Network engineers design, engineer, deliver, and support these products and services, which strongly contribute to the One Network program initiative. About The Job Job purpose The Network Product Engineer is responsible to define, advertise and ensure delivery of sustainable, robust, and secure solutions. In close collaboration with Group Security, CTO and the One Network Program, the Network Product Engineer will propose solutions at the right cost and bring business value to support corporate business and lines of business strategies. Main missions Your Responsibilities Include Leadership – Exhibits strong results orientation, change leadership, adaptability, and the ability to drive collaborative behaviour. Communication skills – Exhibits strong skills in listening, spoken and written communication, collaboration, and the ability to work in a integral team. Network Products Engineer is expected to understand and discuss with both senior managers and IT, and explain in clear language complicated architectural concepts and strategies. Openness and reaching out – Strong human relationship skills, exhibit curiosity and can see opportunities in situations, not just problems; international profile. A proven ability to work effectively in an international environment and exhibits strong proficiency in English. Expected Skills & Experience We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills: Strong experience in driving large architecture, standardization, and transformation initiatives. Core Activity Help to finalize NSX‐T and ACI configuration with strong competency and experience. The candidate will help with the rollout to production of the DCs and evacuate the former ones, preparing knowledge transfer and documentation. Provide L3 support for production, able to deliver troubleshooting with strong network experience. Strong lead and contributor for Network DC projects. Must have Network Automation skills (Terraform, Ansible, Python) for POD automation and be a key contributor on this topic. Be able to federate teams and people to success and reach a target. Must have strong expertise in Network & Cloud design patterns, security solutions, and IT infrastructure best practices. Experience managing Data Center and CLOUD Network technologies, ACI, Switch Fabric, Load‐balancer, VMware NSX‐T. Knowledge in Network Security products, SASE, VPN (Cisco, F5), firewalling (Checkpoint, Palo Alto, Cisco, Algosec), web gateways (McAfee), segmentation technologies and identity services, voice, Wi‐Fi, SD‐WAN, LAN wired, WAN, MPLS appreciated (not core business of the team). University degree (engineer profile) with +8 years' experience in Network Domain in an international and matrix organization. Must exhibit a strong understanding of today's network and infrastructure challenges and trends, mostly at the infrastructure and technical levels. Established and demonstrably productive technical relationships with major IT vendors. Strives for excellence with high‐quality deliverables and the ability to work in tight planning. Gather, combine, and analyze business and technical requirements from critical constituents. Recommend appropriate technological designs and solutions that align with business requirements, the company's technical strategy, and provide the most efficient and cost‐effective solution.
