Manage and oversee customer communication and information regarding purchase order status, shipments, order receipt, and samples, serving as a strategic liaison between the company and the client. Contribute to the achievement of commercial targets through proactive, customer-focused service that drives sales, ensuring comprehensive management across people, processes, and projects.Safeguard and manage confidential customer informationEnter and track sample and commercial product orders in SAPConfirm order progress with customers and promptly communicate any deviationsPrepare and follow up on delivery forecasts in coordination with Planning and SalesMaintain direct communication with customers throughout the order and planning processManage and maintain customer-specific catalogs and inventory referencesMonitor demand in SAP to adjust forecasts, safety stock levels, and sales ordersCoordinate Outbound Delivery (OBD) creation and notify Shipping and relevant departmentsServe as liaison with the Foreign Trade team, customs brokers, and freight forwarders for export processesFollow up on technical data sheets, samples, delivery dates, complaints, and credit notesCreate materials in the system based on Sales Managers' sample requestsProvide support to the Sales/Customer Service Manager during their absenceProfile2 to 5 years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally in a production-oriented environmentBachelor's degree in Industrial, Business Administration, International Business, or a related fieldConversational EnglishCommercial and administrative process managementExperience working with an ERP system (preferably SAP)Cross-functional collaborationGoal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving targetsNegotiation and customer relationship management skillsOur offerYou will have the opportunity to learn and build experience and further expand your skills in a highly dynamic team.We offer you a job in an agile and international working environment where entrepreneurship and creativity are valued.The will support you in creating a goodwork –life balance.You will receive an attractive salary package according to your experience topped with fringe benefits.Application formI'm here to help with questions about the job.
