Lead a team of developers, guiding architecture, design, and implementation of web applications using Python and Django.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and deliver new features.
- Perform code reviews, set coding standards, and foster technical excellence within the team.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
