At Siemens, our goal is to empower our students to become the next leaders of our company.In this role you'll join our Learning Development Team focusing on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Data Analytics Solutions and will work with the training development team as well as Subject Matter Experts and Program Management stakeholders to create and/or validate materials for our training packages. This includes core content development and evaluation for training formats used by the learning development team, evaluating and updating engineering simulation workflows for selected materials, and gaining proficiency in software used for engineering simulation and high-performance computing operations. The individual in this role will use sound technical skills to meet organizational learning development goals.What You Will Do:- Review and edit learning material/media as needed.
- Use appropriate software and systems to create assets (e.G., Microsoft PowerPoint, etc.).
- Maintain project documentation and course folders.
- Establish and adhere to milestones contained within courseware project plans.
- Ensure comprehensive editing for grammar, usage, consistency, accuracy and style.
