Industrial Engineer (Chiapas)

Being a lightweight design specialist, we are one of the world’s leading manufacturers with a strong emphasis on innovation and technology development.Duties and ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase productivity and efficiency.Develop and maintain standard work instructions and process documentation.Perform time studies, line balancing, and labor analysis.Identify opportunities for waste reduction and process optimization using Lean Manufacturing tools.Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost.Monitor production KPIs and develop action plans to improve operational performance.Participate in plant layout design and workflow optimization projects.Support capacity planning and production scheduling activities.Coordinate process improvement projects with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams.Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for operational issues.Support implementation of new equipment, production lines, and manufacturing technologies.Develop reports, presentations, and operational performance analyses.Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.Participate in cost reduction and productivity improvement initiatives.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related field.Experience 2–5 years in automotive or manufacturing industry preferred.Experience in process improvement, manufacturing operations, or industrial engineering functions.Experience in Tier 1 automotive manufacturing is a plus.Advanced English.What We OfferIn addition to forward-looking perspectives in our growing family company worldwide, Mubea provides the opportunity for continuous development, actively supporting your ideas and goals.
