Job Description
Coordinate and manage area projects in accordance with internal procedures and customer requirements. Develop and implement RPP objectives within the manufacturing area in order to ensure goal achievement. Control and monitor manufacturing processes in order to optimize results within the area. Track IPN-related indicators such as OEE, plant capacity, lessons learned, and quality complaints in order to ensure proper implementation within manufacturing processes.Participate in process and quality audits (internal/external) to review findings, ensuring follow-up and implementation of corrective actions. Review and develop manufacturing processes for products in accordance with dimensions, machinery, tooling, and required equipment in order to optimize results.Identify and understand critical and non-critical manufacturing processes. Design and review manufacturing projects with multidisciplinary teams. Propose and execute productivity improvement projects through labor reduction or output increase. Plan and ensure the implementation of the TOP 5-based problem-solving methodology to guarantee issue resolution.Act as responsible for systematic (System-CIP) and continuous improvement in manufacturing processes, and collaborate on continuous improvement projects across the value chain. Facilitate and communicate innovation in manufacturing technologies through IPN meeting
Qualifications
Education: Degree in Engineering or related field. Automation and Control. At least 3 years of experience in similar positions. Advanced level of English. Manufacturing processes and new processes. Mechanical design. Problem-solving methodology. Core Tools (FMEA, APQP, SPC, PPAP). SAP-P81.
