Manufacturing It Support Engineer (Santa Catarina)

This is a technical support role inside a manufacturing plant that produces electronic boards (PCBs = printed circuit boards). The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between production (factory) and IT systems that control the manufacturing process.This is an on-site role (Santa Catarina, Reciente Leon)Think of this role as:"Make sure the factory systems and tools work correctly so production doesn't stop."You will:Support the software used in the factory (MES systems)? These systems track what is being produced, steps in the process, quality, etc.Help with PCB manufacturing processes? Not necessarily designing electronics, but understanding how boards are built so they can support issuesTroubleshoot issues in production systems? Example: if a machine cannot register a product step, they help fix itWork with data (SQL)? Check or update information in databases (production data, errors, etc.)Handle labeling systems (Bartender)?
