The role is responsible for preparing technical and commercial offers related to consumables and spare parts. The Proposal Specialist ensures accurate costing, proper selection of items, and timely submission of quotations to support sales managers and customers. Tasks and Day-to-Day activities in the role Analyze customer requests and technical documents to prepare accurate quotations for consumables and spare parts. Select appropriate items and gather required technical information. Request and evaluate supplier quotes to ensure competitive pricing and lead times. Prepare cost calculations and structure the commercial offer according to company standards. Collaborate with internal departments (sales, purchasing, engineering) to align technical and financial details. Maintain an updated database of items, pricing, lead times, and supplier conditions.
