Job functions:
- Maintaining a list of all Wholesale products to ensure copy and images have been shared with the Wholesale accounts on time
- Procuring product copy utilizing reports and a web portal. Adjusting copy format to meet each account’s requirements. Sending copy to accounts
- Downloading product images utilizing an Excel based tool and web portal. Adjusting image file names to meet each account’s requirements. Sending images to accounts
- Maintaining a list of all Wholesale products to track due dates and status of product set ups
- Run product data reports. Transfer product data to account specific Excel product set up forms. Send to Sales Support teams
- Enter product data into account specific web portals. Validate accuracy of data entry
- Browse retailer websites to ensure product is listed online as expected
- Escalate and communicate any issues to Site team Skills and Requirements
- Advanced English
- Bachelors Degree
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Familiar with online shopping and site experience
- Familiar with online shopping and online site experience
- Passion for eCommerce
