Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for an HR Manager, located in Ciudad Hidalgo, CHP. The HR Manager will oversee all human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor regulations. The role involves implementing HR policies, managing employee records, coordinating training and development programs, and ensuring a positive workplace culture. The individual will work closely with other departments to align HR strategies with organizational goals and ensure effective communication across teams. Qualifications
- Human Resources expertise, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
- Knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices
- Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization
- Experience in creating and running employee training and development programs
- Proficiency in HR software and tools
- Ability to work on‑site in Ciudad Hidalgo, CHP, and adapt to a dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience in the logistics or import/export industry is an advantage
