HR Communications - Intern (Tecate)

Responsibilities
- Supports the Communications team in creating and delivering internal and external messaging.
- Assists with content development (emails, newsletters, social media, and presentations).
- Helps coordinate communication campaigns and events, and ensures alignment with company branding and messaging.
- Collaborates with different departments to gather information.
- Contributes to enhancing employee engagement and organizational communication. Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of content creation and digital communication tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Canva, or social media platforms).
- Previous internship or academic project experience in communications is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
