Job Description: Job Overview The Plant Controller is a key member of the plant leadership team and a strategic business partner to the Plant Manager and operations leaders. This role drives financial performance, supports decision-making, and ensures the plant meets its operational and financial targets. Unlike traditional roles, this position is highly focused on business partnering, as transactional accounting activities are handled by a Financial Solutions Center.
